Here's what each piece actually does and when you need it — because in practice, most institutions need several of these working together, not just one.<h2 class="heading-node" id="bvuq852ab">CKYC Retrieval</h2>Pulls a customer's existing KYC record using their OVD (officially valid document) number, date of birth, and mobile number. If the customer has ever completed KYC anywhere in the regulated financial system, this can complete onboarding almost instantly — no fresh document upload needed.
